 I suggest making a banana smoothie by takeing a cup of milk , two bananas stick it in the blender for 1minute or until it looks smoothie like. TIP TRY VANNILA ICECREAM WITH THE MILK YUM!

Here is a recipe for Chicken Fajitas
 
 
                            Chicken Fajitas
1/2 Onion cut into strips
1/4 green pepper cut into strips
 boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips "experiment with how much chicken want you can't go wrong.
2-5 ml of chili powder
1 ml of cayenne pepper
125 ml of chicken broth 5 ml broth powder disolved in 125 ml of hot water "if not using liquid form , Pre Mixed
2 tortilas
Toppings "add as you like
shredded lettuce
shredded chedder chesse
salsa
1 cup chopped tomatoes
 
                          Method 
1. In a frying pan cook the chicken strips in vegetable oil on medium heat. When they are fully cooked add the spices and chicken broth and mix well. Now add the green pepper and onion stirring until the onion and green pepper are soft.
 
2.  Heating the tortillas
Place the tortillas on a plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in microwave for about 50 seconds Do not heat the tortillas until your ready to eat , They will cool off quickly.
3. Divide the chicken between the 2 tortillas , add toppings , salsa roll them up and enjoy.
